We start with gentle warm up and follow with dynamic flexibility to prepare the body for the next exercise phase.  The analysis will tell us where are the client’s strengths and weaknesses. This is carried out by experienced practitioners who will prescribe a programme of corrective exercises. These usually include resistance strength exercises as well as flexibility work. We use modern up to date techniques and equipment. These methods employ Pilates and hands on flexibility PNF work where appropriate.
